I recently lost all my contacts, archived messages, and calendar in Outlook
2003. Decided to up date to Oulook 2007, since
I already have Office home and student 2007.
All went well at first, then decided to try the Live Mail beta. Could no
longer download files form Hotmail in to Outlook 2007. So ran the office
2007 diagnostics wizard, and it pointed out that I still have Outlook 2003
and it is conflicting w 2007.
Tried to uninstall OL 2003, but Add/Rmove.. won't let me without the CD,
which i cannot find. Why does it need a CD to uninstall? What can I do
about it?
I can still send a test message to myself in Outlook 2007 using hotmail and
receive it form my POP server in Outlook 2007. Messages I can see in Hotmail
- which is now probably Live mail - perhaps on a different server?? are not
downloaed into OL when I hit F9.
I would be very grateful for any help
