Uninstall Outlook 2007

Is it possible to uninstall Outlook 2007 (Windows XP) without
uninstalling the other office programs? Can I then reinstall just
Outlook 2007 from the Office CD? How do I do this?

Yes it is perfectly possible, but why do you want to do it? What problems
are you having that might lead you to think that uninstalling and
re-installing might be the solution? (It generally isn't.....)
