Uninstall outlook and retrieve old emails

I opened outlook to send one email, and suddenly every old email was
transferred from my old email account to outlook. How do I uninstall outlook
and get my emails transferred back to my yahoo account?
I appreciate all help!

Uninstalling OL wont do anything for the data files, they will remain.
Assuming your yahoo mail is a web based service, perhaps they have some
help/info
