Uninstall Project 98

When I open project 98 it takes a long time to open 5 to
10 minutes,(w2k OS), if I open a project 98 document it
gives me a message about "it cannot find the specific file
or one of its components, click OK, and then the file is
opening. I am trying to uninstall it but it asks for the
cd which I insert and then instead of giving me an option
to uninstall it, installs it again, but the problem
continues, how can I uninstall it????
