Uninstalled trial office 2007 but now 2003 won't open

I downloaded the trial version of office 2007, but uninstalled it a couple of
days later and now my office 2003 won't open...

Says 'A required installation SKU112.CAB could not be found, says i should
insert the installation cd, but i'm not sure where that is - i really need
this to work i've got all sorts of deadlines. Can anyone help?
