Uninstalling 2003

We are getting error messages when we wanted to use WORD 2003, so we
uninstatlled it and started using WORD 2000. We have the disks for 2000, but
can no longer find the 2003 disks. We installed 2000 and could open on WORD
but EXCEL opened.

I need to uninstall ALL Office products for all years and start over. How
do I do this?
