Uninstalling Access over an AD network?

Hi there, I've just taken charge of a small AD network and am wodnering if I
can remove Access remotely using something like group Policy or an MSI
installation?

Basically I need to prevent users using MSAccess and stick to spreadsheets
for certain areas. Can anyone offer advice?

I don't know how to do it. My question is why would anyone limit a user's
ability to use the tools he/she wants and is using to solve problems.

I'm with John on this topic. Excel is frequently misused when Access
would be much better for the business problem. The problem though
is that Access users require some training and support when designing
the databases.
