Uninstalling and Reinstalling Office 2007

Suddenly, when using Outlook, I got an error about "not implemented" when
starting a new email. I tried to do a repair. I got a message that repair
was unsuccessful. I then went to uninstall and got a message that uninstall
is unsuccessful. I tried a new install without success. What can I do to
clean my computer registry, remove files etc so that I can begin a new
install of Office 2007?

If you pop your Office cd in does it give you the option to repair, and if
you select this does the repair complete successfully?

If the above is true, use the Mail applet in the control panel to create a
new Profile, add a new data file and the accounts, set this Profile as the
default. Test your accounts

It does give me that option. When used, it states that repair was not
successful. When I try to uninstall, it states that uninstall was not
successful. Of course, if I attempt a new install, it gives states that
uninstall was unsuccessful. Regarding the unsuccessful tasks, no other
information is provided.

It like I can't go left, right, forward, or backward.

Because of the attempted uninstall, reinstall, etc. Nothing works now.
