Uninstalling Microsoft Office 2000 premium version and leaving the professional

I have Windows 95 installed a my computer and I had
installed the Office 200 premium version which I learned
recently that I shouldn't have. I now have the
professional version and the premium version installed and
my computer is very slow. How can I just uninstall the
premium version and leave the professional version.
