Uninstalling Office 2000 manually

Hi all
We have a site where the previous techie installed Office
2000 Premium on some PCs. Problem is they only have
licenses for Pro.
The other problem is that the moment someone else logs
onto a PC, it asks for the CD again. Rather irritating.
Especially twhen you count all the different versions of
Office 2000 (I count 7). And when it asks for Office 2000
Professional SR-1 it must be Office 2000 Professional SR-1.
Any help will be appreciated.
