Uninstalling Office 2000 premium

HOW CAN I UNINSTALL OFFICE 2000 PRE. IF I CAN'T LOCATE THE
CD OR CAN I JUST INSTALL THE PRO. VERSION AND HAVE IT
OVERWRITE IT PLEASE HELP I'VE A LOT OF WORK TO DO BUT
NOTHING IN OFFICE WORKS AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT IT BE
UNINSTALLED AND THEN REINSTALLED BUT NOW NO ONE CAN LOCATE
THE CD
