I can't uninstall office 2000. I keep getting the message
error 1402 could not open key ############## verify
that you have sufficient access to that key. there is a
whole list of numbers where the pound sign is. I am
trying to reinstall it so I put the cd in aand it brings
up maintenance screen I go to uninstall and get the
message. I cannot go to add remove programs because there
are no programs listed anymore and there used to be. What
is wrong
