Uninstalling Office 2003 and reinstalling Office 2k

I am trying to take a step backwards from Office 2003 to
Office 2000 but I am having trouble. When I try to
install Office 2000 Microsoft asks me to insert my SP4 CD
to copy some files. Is there a way to work around this?
Also, I cannot find a complete, downloadable version of
SP4. I know I can order the CD but I was hoping I
wouldn't have to go that route...

All sugestions are appreciated.

I was thinking of Win2K SP4, Office2K is on SP3
