Uninstalling Office 2007

MS Gulf Coast YMCA

I had a trial version of Office 2007. I uninstalled it today so I could go
back to my older version. Now my original version of Microsoft Outlook is
gone! All my address book & emails have disappeared! Does anyone know if
there's a way to get them back?
