uninstalling Office XP

I am wanting to uninstall Office XP as I got a new
version. I am wanting to sell this on ebay. Once I
uninstall it, will it deactivate it?

It's unclear what you mean by "Deactivate". If you haven't recently
activated the copy (and it's eligible for resale), the new owner shouldn't
have a problem activating it.

The new version must be a full version, not an upgrade, if you wish to sell
the old version.

It is a new product and not an upgrade. What I mean is
that it was installed on my computer and then I formatted
my hard drive. Will it be able to be installed on
another computer?

If both the old version and the new version were not upgrades, unless the
old version was an OEM (e.g. it came with the computer) copy or some other
special instance (e.g. a freebie) then you should be able to sell it and the
buyer should not have a problem activating it.
