Yes if it's Office 97 since there is an Office 97 registry
eraser. Office 2K and above is a different kettle of fish
though. With these versions we got stuck with a god awful
abortion of an installer that for the most part creates
more problems than it solves. With these versions of
Office as far as I'm aware there's no registry entry
eraser available (although I stand to be corrected). So in
this instance you can only go through manually as best you
can and delete entries. Or use the faithful old method
provided by the file FORMAT.COM.
