Uninstalling OneNote does not deactivate it!

The spanish version of OneNote I installed a month ago for trial did not have
the option to upgrade to the full product online.

My first guess was that the english version should have the option to
register the product using my credit card -as the help file says-

Then, I Installed an english version over the one I had, but OneNote still
worked in spanish, and the online activation option was still gone no matter
what.

I was unable to buy the license key online. The simplest thing was impossible.

On my last try, I uninstalled both and installed the english version once
more. Now, the product is finally in english, but useless, even the trial
period is not over yet. It says I activated up to the limit of the product
key.

If I choose to activate to the full version, it asks for an activation code
I don't have, and I'm still unable to get one online, because the option is
still gone.

The product was fine, the purchasing experience was really awful. WHY?

I had to erase all and start from scratch requesting a new demo code for the
english version this time (downloaded from the US site of microsoft).

The help file clearly says:"If you have not yet purchased a full product,
click Buy Key Online to buy the full product over the Internet."

I installed the english version of the product, but the "buy key online"
option is still unavailable.

Microsoft Support call center didn't have a clue about this.
They say here in Chile they only sell via resellers, but "they believe" no
reseller here has online purchasing options, and they can't help any further.

Way to go on selling software.

Question is: Why can't I purchase from any provider around the world?
No one seems to know. Not even Microsoft.
