Uninstalling Outlook 2003

I recently uninstalled Panda Antivirus and have been having troubl
with
Microsoft Outlook 2003 ever since. It will start up normally but whe
I open
email it will take a minute of more to open. It goes to a whit
screen
first and will sometimes freeze. I have looked for both Spyware and
Virus' and found nothing.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall MS Office 2003 as well as jus
the Outlook 2003 compnent. When I reinstall it already has my previou
accounts set up and the problem is still there. Is there a way that
can do a clean uninstall that may let me start anew.

Uninstall Panda AV and try again. If Outlook then works, your issue is with
Panda AV's vendor, not Outlook.

I have done that and still have the same problem

Panda AV caused this issue. Remove it and reboot. If still no joy then do a Repair install of Outlook
