Uninstalling permanent toolbar

Hi there,

Our application creates permanent toolbar for Outlook inspectors/explorer.
Is it possible to remove the toolbar during uninstall without opening
Outlook? What is general technique for removing permanent toolbars during
uninstall?

We target Office XP, Office 2003.
