UNINSTALLING PROGRAMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to uninstall programs from the computer. It
will not allow me to uninstall some programs. I get a
message,"The window installer service could not be
accessed . This can occur if you are running windows in
safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly
installed. Contact support personnel for assistance." I am
not sure what this means. Could someone please explain.

I'm sure they could - if you posted to the right group! This group is for
Office - and I fail to see what, exactly, your question has to do with it.
Suggest you contact your system manufacturer.
