uninstalling Project 98

I am attemping to remove/uninstall Microsoft Project 98
from I computer I just receieved used. The operation
stops and requests I insert the Proejct 98 disks (which I
never had). How can I remove/uninstall the software
without the install disks - any advice is welcome
