Uninstalling Windows Installler Patch

My Hard Drive is now 98% full, and it's a 60gb hard drive, and it's all
because of window's installer folder. I got to looking through it and the
majority of the entire folder is Office 2003 patches. DOes anyone know if
it's ok to delete any or all of these msp files?

You need at least 9gb of files uninstalled to allow you sufficient free
space for the correct operation of Win,
Whilst you can delete most of the files in this folder, that in itself wont
give you sufficient space.
Your current hd has about 56gb of usable space.
The bottom line; you need a larger drive, or attach a slave drive and do
some housekeeping
