Unique Value on query based report

I would like to print a copy of a report for each record set in a query. In
addition, for each record set, I want the user to enter a value that appears
on that one report..

I was trying to enter the value through an input box, but nothing appears on
my report.

Any suggestions on how I can add this unique vale for each record set in the
query?

Hi Titania,

Note sure from your description what you have done but you can open the
report with a form (OpenReport for the sake of argument) with a control
(Text8) on it the user key's what you are looking for. In the On Lost Focus
event, open the report. Set the data source of the control on the report to:

=Forms!OpenReport.Text8

You should be in like Flint!
