unjustified firing of employee

I have encountered employee abuse and unjustified firing at company workshop.
Employer failed to notifiy employee of work hours. Employer failed to provide
a work place where there was a Language problem because all of the other
employees spoke Spanish and no interpter. How can this problem be Rectified?

calling a solicitor or lawyer, however you want to call it.
