Unknown Error - Can not delete emails in Outbox

I tried to send a 12MB attachement in an email, then sent another small
email. Both were stuck in my Outbox so I tried to delete the 12MB email.
Outlook would not let me delete the file but I could remove the 12MB
attachement.

Now I have both emails in my Outbox, the small email has been sent over 100
times says the recepient.

I can not delete either. What to do?

It's stuck. Try File, Work Offline, Delete. If that doesn't work, look up
Mail Stuck in Outbox in Help.
