'Unknown error' while approving tasks in PWA 2003

Hi!

Error message:
Some approved task changes cannot be updated in Microsoft Project files.
Click view details for more information.
If you rejected a task, the resource has been notified via e-mail.
Please save your Microsoft Project files with the new updates. The updated
tasks will remain in the table until you save the project files.
The following projects were not updated correctly for the following reasons:
1. Filename: Unknown Error

In Spooler I have this error message: Publish New and Changed Assignments
DATABASE ERROR (0x80040E38)

What to do in this situation?

Server OS: W2k + SP4

Client OS: W2k + SP3

MS Project 2003 Server + MS Project 2003 Professional
