Unknown error

When a user opens a shared calendar in OL2007 he receives the
following error:

The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.

He is not trying print or foward the calendar, just open it for
viewing. Restarting does resolve the problem, but not for long. Any
suggestions?
