Unknown Error

Hello all,

I am currently having a weird problem!!!

Consider:
A - Project owner
B - Human Resource
C - Human Resource

B updates timesheet. Updates Task by import from timesheet. OK
A opens project, approves, saves, publishes project. OK
C updates timesheet. Attempts to update task by clicking Import Timesheet
and reaches Error screen.
The Error reads "Unknown Error"

Also, B can now no longer import timesheets.

Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on?
