I have a strange problem when routing documents.
Using File-> Routing Recipient the Routing Slip box appears but the
From: box says Unknown.
I add the recipients and then click the ROUTE button but word opens the
CHECK NAMES dialogue and asks me to find the details of user 'Unknown'.
Why is this happening ? Is there somewhere that I should be adding my email
address as the person who should get the document back at the end of the
route ?
