Unlock a Project

Hi:

Can omeone tell me how to unlock a password protected Project (vb code).

Although I have the password I am unable to find "where to enter it" to
unlock it.

Click on the + sign on the project in the project explorer list
in the VBA editor - where all the current opened Excel documents
are listed. As it is protected from viewing then there will be a
+ sign next to it which, if you try to open, will display the password
dialog box. Enter the password you have and that list should open.
When something in that list is selected you can go to the Tools -->
References --> VBAProject Properties menu and to and select the
Protection tab and do things with the settings there. Entering the
password after clicking the + sign leaves the protection where it
was when you opened the document and it will return to that state
after Excel is closed and reopened. Changing the properties on the
Protection tab will change the properties for the project if you save
those changes.
