unlock all ms office teachers edition 2003 files

Hi,

All of the packaged in my MS Office Teacher's Edition 2003
are locked. Unable to access option files or unlock using
the view method. Have restored the system files to
install state and no go. Someone Please help! Thanks.

Well maybe she is having the same problem as me. I also have the student/teacher edition . What happens is that all programs in office are locked it does not let you type anything nor change anything. It you go to help, it tells you to set it as outline view to unlock it but the icons can't be selected..
