UNLOCK FIELDS

I am trying to merge a Stamps.com address book into a
Word document. I keep getting the following error
message: "Word found locked fields during the upsdate.
Word cannot update locked fields." I have tried to
unlock each field using Shift+Ctrl+F9 and I still get
this error message when trying to merge.
