Unlock timesheets for one enterprise resource in project server 20

Renaming an mpp

Hi

As an administrator i can unlock timesheets for the entire organisation by
going to Admin page-----Customize project web access....But How to unlock
timesheets for a particular resource or a particular project resources?. It
would be grateful if somebody shed some light on this issue.
