Unmable to open Outlook Window

All of a sudden when I tried to load Outlook 2007 with BCM I started getting
the message .."unable to open Outlook window"..

Does anyone know what the problem might be or have a possible solution ?

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

I'd start outlook with the /resetnavpane switch.
