|I get where you are going...but cannot for the life of me figure out how to
| select Publish All. Under "status" is says Publish Changed Pages.

| How do I select Publish All? (Duh, sorry such a simple question).

| BTW, i fixed the problem by right clicking on the local files and selecting
| Publish Selected Files.
