Unparticipating from a survey

While using 2003 on XP, I agreed to let microsoft collect data and peridoically get it back so they can analyze how people use office.

I am getting tired of having to answer questions about validity of info every time I go to help at other places. Can anyone tell me how to stop participating from this data collection information?
