Unprotect batch of files

P

PJY

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you know of a way to unprotect several documents
at once. I am using Word 2003. All files are saved in the same folder and
all have the same password applied to them to protect another user from
modifying. When the job has been completed, these files are often used for
another job and I always have to go into each file and individually take the
protection off for the new job, then put the protection back on after the
engineer has finished his/her modifications.
Thanks in advance for any advise you can give.

Use a modification of the method in the article "Find & ReplaceAll on a
batch of documents in the same folder†at:
