This is Take 2, since I inadvertently selected the One Note discussion group
the first time. :-( I'll ask the question first and make sure I'm not
missing something and then look to pass along to MS as a suggestion.
I use Favorite Folders a lot to track unread emails that are moved based on
my rules. Unfortunately, the list of Favorite Folders is getting a little
long and unmanageable. I would prefer to make the Parent Folder a Favorite,
but if I do that, there are two problems:
1) The Favorite folder is not expandable to view the folders underneath it.
2) If an unread email exists in a child folder, the parent folder doesn't
change to a bold font to indicate an unread email in a folder below it.
I submitted the enhancement for the folder name to be bold, but didn't
submit the idea of having the folder in the Favorites also carry over the
ability to expand to the folders below.
Am I missing current functionality that will help me get the desired
results? Is there another way that might help me achieve similar results?
Thanks, Steve
