unread items in the calender folder

Has anyone seen unread items in the calender folder? my
user has outlook 2000 and I have already checked to see if
it is profile based and its not? Any have any idea's, I
would be greatful.

Are you using NetFolders? Some times you'll get 'unread' items in odd
folders from that.

I see this quite a lot especially with clicking on links to add say an event
from a web page, do an unread search on the folder.
