Unread mail folder

Hi,

I have a user who didn't get e-mail in her inbox for about a week. When she
called me and I went to look at her desktop, she had a folder called "Unread
Mail" and it was where her unread mail that she was missing was residing. I
tried to select all and copy to the inbox, but it wouldn't let me . I told
her to read it in that folder and I would figure out why it was in that
folder to begin with.
Mail she had received this morning was in her inbox, so I don't know why for
a week her mail went to "unread mail".
Is this something that she might have accidently turned on somewhere? Any
ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Might this 'Unread Mail' folder be a subfolder of 'Search Folders'? That's
just a custom search built into outlook that shows you all Unread mail, it
doesn't actually hold mail.

My first guess is that the Inbox folder has a filter/view on it that isn't
showing you the unread messages. If you pull up the properties on one of
the messages in the search folder, what Folder does it say it is in?
