"Unrecognized database format"

I just reloaded Windows Vista Business after a crash. I then had to reload
MS Access 2007. When I went to open my database, I am getting an error
"Urecognized database format" I have had this database for 14 years and it
has over 30,000 entries. Can't be replicated. I sent for KB943249 hotfix
which I guess is suppose to fix this problem. They email this hotfix and it
also has a password. The password they sent along doesn't work. Won't unzip
the hotfix. Any help would be appreciated. Please email any responses to

There's nothing that we can do here. Please contact Microsoft Support with
the support number that they gave you, and ask them again.
