"Unregcognized database format...Error

Hello.
I used Access XP to create a database and everything was fine until someone
deleted it and I had to use Undelete to recover it. Now when I open it the
error "Unrecognized database format C:\.......

I purchased a program called Accessfix Pro 5.0 and I was able to recover all
the data except for the date fields. I had about 10 Date fields and it is
very important to recover the date information. Do you know of any other good
"free" programs out there that can do the trick?
