Unresolved Error

I can't keep Outlook running. It configured OK at first,
but after using it one time, the next time into the
program it takes an error, and says it needs to close the
program and sorry for the inconvenience. It's been a BIG
inconvonvienience. I've tried using OE, but it has
problems too, but at least I can get my home email now. I
need to be able to get Internet email AND Exchange email
from work via VPN. I had run all the latest updates, and
thought it was working, but again, just got in one time.
The second time, it's back to shutting down. HELP!

sounds to me like you've got an Add-In or Com object that may be causing
problems. In Outlook, go to tools, options, other tab, advanced options
button. Hit the add-in manager button and start deselecting items one at a
time and restart outlook to see if the problem goes away. If it doesn't
make sure you re-enable whatever was checked before you started then move to
the com add-ins button and do the same thing there. I'm sure you'll find
your problem somewhere in there.
