Unsafe attachments, how to allow? (Microsoft Outlook)

I'm really anoyed by this, I have NAV 2004 which I think
perfectly takes care for security and I really want to
see all the files! PLZ help me with this. Its soo
painfull. Outlook express has this feature, why isn't it
included here?

It includes several free third-party programs to allow access to all
attachments.

I must say, this p's me off as well. I'm a developer for pete's sake! Not
some stupid secretary whose likely to double click an executable attachment
in a message she didn't expect!
Developers routinely e-mail executable files to each other, to themselves at
home, etc, for testing purposes and such.

This "Protect the stupid user from himself" policy of Microsoft's has got to
stop!
