Unsafe expressions are not blocked

I have a shortcut to a database that every time I open it I get the Security
Warning: Unsafe expressions are not blocked. If I say Yes to block them,
then i must restart the database. Then when I go back in it tells me that
the database that my shortcut points to may not be safe. Then I click Open
anyway. And then I get in. Any ideas on how to keep this from happening
every songle time?

Try setting the Tools/Macros/Security Setting to Low.
