unsaved document

accidently closed my latest document without saving it. Is there any way of restoring it or finding it within the computer?? :(

No. You didn't save, so there is nothing to restore or find.

Learn to "Save" before you begin typing. Once the document has a file name
(even if it is blank) then AutoRecover can work. But not until.

Also: Switch on "Always make backup" in Word's preferences. That protects
you from accidental editing as well as deletions :)
