Unsaved text recovery

Urgently need to recover text inadvertantly "not saved"
when spreadsheet closed. Is this possible?

You might be able to prevent the loss of entered data in
the future in 2 ways.
1. I think you can set Excel to autosave at pre
determined time intervals. Ask one of the experts.
or
2. There is a backup pgm "Handy Backup" that will allow
occasional auto backing up, even when the document is open.
