unsent email saved as calendar entry - how do I delete it?

I don't know how the email was saved on to the calendar as an entry but I
need to delete it. I have right clicked the mouse and chosen delete but the
entry will not delete.

Use Advanced Find to locate all mail items in your Calendar folder. Once
located, then try the delete.
