unspecified error

I have tried to open a Microsoft Word document. And I can't open it. The
error message I get reads:
Unspecified Error
Location: Part: /word/header2.xml, Line2, Column 2840

How can I fix this?
I did a nice poem for my son who's leaving tomorrow for Iraq.
And I would like to get it to him before he leaves tomorrow.
