Unspecified Error

Help! I have been attempting to create a form which uses an access database. Everything goes smooth until I hit 'finish' at which point I get an "Infopath has encountered an error. The operation failed. Unspecified error." I have uninstalled and reinstalled Infopath several times. Can anyone please help me?
